Hi just need to know.
1. can there be 2 resellers at a given time
2. If NO, then what is the minimum duration for change from one reseller to another

You can only have one partner of record and in the US the switch is usually very quick (hours).
You can have multiple developers making changes - but that is up to the user to control who does what. It is better to go through your partner.David Machanick

Hi, as others have pretty much said you can change partner and switch support at any time (although i think there is a 12 month period after the initial implementation when you cannot change, due to contract restrictions). From this point onwards you can switch your support as many times as you feel you need to, but you can only ever work with ONE partner at a time. Two partners at once is absolutely not allowed and breaches your contract.

The "Partner of Record" is the only reseller from which you can place orders with Microsoft. This would cover license changes/additions or enhancement plans. But you can work with anyone you want in terms of consulting or development services. Including multiple resellers at that same time.There are no bugs - only undocumented features.0
