Wrong report when print directly and not from print preview

Hello all! I've a problem when I try to print directly a report like sales invoice (with logo, company information data, ecc). The report doesn't show the page header, but if I see it by print preview and then print it with the button on the toolbar, I print the right one.

What it happens? I have Nav 2013 build 33781 and the report are migrated from Nav 2009 to Nav 2013.

Could be related to SetData textbox position: is it in the upper left corner (0cm left, 0cm top)?

I've just tried to set it but I obtain the same result

Could you please kindly post a .txt version of your report so I can take it a look?
