Problems in the layout

Hi expert, I tried to modify the 1401 Check report. In the request page, I have added several textboxes and the printouts will be showing the texts in these textboxes when users enter the value in the request page. The textbox value is showing when printing out.
But So far I have some problems for the layout. In the body of the layout, the textbox can only be displayed if they are in the table, but if they are in the textbox, nothing is showing and they are all blank. In the table, there are duplicate blank rows for each row. I have finished quite a few reports so far, but have never expreieced this. I have tried for two days, but cannot figure it out. Please advise! Thank you!
