Company in NAV 2013

Hi

It appears that the option File, Company, Open has been removed in Nav 2013 R2. We can find it in the version Nav 2013 but not in Nav 2013 R2. Please advise.

    Yes, it is removed from NAV2013R2.
    What are you trying to do?

    I assume you are talking about the Dev-Environment. That option no longer exists in NAV 2013R2. Instead if you look under "tools, options" you will find that you can select company here for when you are running the RTC from the DEV-env. That might provide you with other problems. But .. that is another story. :-)

    Another option is to select "Default company" in the custom settings for your service tier.

    Thanks to all of you

    When I am in the development environment, I just wanted to run the objects to see the results quickly.

    It is not a big issue anyway

    Just keep your rtc client open - system will run your objects on chosen company... Not really sure, but it works for me :)
