Filter on Worksheet page

I have create Worksheet page with filters : payrollmonth (Lookup = Yes) that read from table pMonth, When I run the page from Object designer I can choose months from the table (with dropdown), but when I run the page from rtc does not let me to choose from the dropdown. I use Nav2009.

Please can somebody give me advice?

Here are details with pictures about this problem. Picture 1 shows the page run from Object designer, as you can see I can choose the months.

The same page when I run from the application looks like Picture 2 (I cannot choose months-red arrow).

Please for advice. Thanks

Where did you add in RTC?
menusuite/Role Center?
Is page opened in edit mode/view mode?
Did you try Actions-->Edit?

Thank you for your reply, I added in the menusuite\Tasks and now It's working. Before it was in History.
