developer License Limitation

Hi, I am doing some developments in NAV 2013 R2. It appears to me that using the Developer License at RTC client is not supported. Is it true ? I changed the License, restarted the Instance and also Restarted SQL Services. Is there any such limitation ?

I use a development license running on the RTC service tier without issue, are you receiving a particular error when running the RTC client? RTC always uses the Uploaded license, if you just "change" the license in your Dev-Environment it does nothing.
You need to upload the Dev-License (Of course, only if its an internal dev-System)Austrian NAV/BC Dev0 -
