Error exporting to excel in nav 2013

am trying to create a template for customer data, and i keep getting the below error.

The short version is that you have to copy the English language folder to your local language in the Excel folder.
CopyPaste 1033 Folder and rename it to the Windows Language whom your Client Account is logged in (e.g. 1043 if this is NLD, etc.).
This has to be done in this folder:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office 15\root\office15 x86 Edition with x64 OS
C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office 15\root\office15 x86 Edition or x64 Edition
