Can Cue Icon be changed?

Hi,
Can cue icon be changed or reformatted? Current icons in NAV 2013 R2 can not show number more than 999 (it just show 10..).

No, currently there is only one icon, one color and the limit of 999.
This has been reported and suggested to Microsoft. Last time they told me that it will be put on the to-do list with no promisses.0
