Errors for the web client

Hi expert, I can access the web client where the server and client are installed. When I accessed the same web address from the another machine of the LAN, it showed the error as below after the user enterd the user id and password:
A server error has occurred, and the content cannot be displayed. Refresh the page or open a new browser window.
Please advise! Thank you!

First check your licensed session of web client. If you have them then -
