Nav 2013 Report Layout design Issue

Hi,
In a system, there are following components installed:

1. Sql Server 2008 R2 (Can be opened both by Windows Authentication & Database Authentication).
2. Visual Studio 2012.
3. Nav 2013.

Issue: On trying to design a report in Nav 2013, following error occurs:

"An error occurred when opening Report Designer. A supported version of Visual Studio could not be found."
May be its an issue of connection, how can it be connected.

For NAV 2013 you need VS 2010.
Note: NAV 2013 R2 works with VS 2012.

Thanx Luk,

I have tried installing:
1. Visual Studio C ++ 2010 Express
2. Visual Basic 2010 Express - English

But still the same error, can you please guide me which one is supportable.

Have read the Pre-Requisite document of Nav 2013, it says to install Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 SP1 Professional.
Its Windows 7 Home Basic, have retried uninstalling Nav 2013 and installed it again. Still the same error persists.
