Asterisk not visible for BLOB fields in Page column

I am working on NAV 2013. I noticed that BLOB field on List page not showing '*' if BLOB field is having some value. This was working in older versions. User want to see which records are having values in BLOB fields. My BLOB fields have PDF and rar files. I tried changing the 'SubType' property of BLOB field to 'Bitmap' or 'Memo', but no success. Please help.

Change the SourceExpr of the blob field on the page to MyField.HASVALUE.0
