Page Customization not reflected under some RTC Profiles

New NAV user here, but haven't found anything on this and I'm beating my head against the wall.

We're using NAV 2013. When we're making changes in the dev environment to include new fields we're occasionally having issues with the profile assigned to users not picking up the changes. Specifically it's a profile based on Role Center ID 9006 (order processor) and changes to page 42 Sales Order. We're just adding a few extra fields and re-arranging things and suddenly it stops updating the page based on changes. Until we delete or reset the profile the changes no longer seem to be reflected. Since we've done a good bit to make it look right for our sales staff specifically (which are the ones using that profile) it's really frustrating to have to do that.

Any ideas?
