Production order components do not match BOM components

I created a new production order. After refreshing, the components do not match the BOM components for the FG I created the production order for.

Any ideas on what to look at for what may have caused this?

    I would start by running the "Quantity Explosion of BOM" report for that Item. Most likely you have not linked an Item to a Production BOM. If you are using Production BOM versions, make sure you are using the correct one and they are Certified. Hope this helps!
