User Acces In 2 Navision Companies

Hi all,
i am using navision 2009 R2 and i have 9 companies. I want to give access to some users to see only the 2 or three companies of the 9 i have. In the user personal;ization menu i cannot do that because only one company must be selected.

Can you please help me how to give access to the specific people to see only the 2 or three companies from the 9 i have?

    You need to do that using security. In the table where you add roles to the login, you can also specify the company. This means that this role will only be used if the user is in that company.

    Don't i have an option like user personalization with user and multiple companies?

    No.
    Also because it is only personalization and can be changed by the user.
