  From what I remember they never break it out. If I was to hazard a guess, keeping in mind that it is just that, a guess with nothing to back it up, it would be something like this
  
  AX - 5%
  CRM - 4%
  NAV - 4%
  GP/SL - <1%
  
  Reasons:
  1) AX and CRM get the brunt of advertising and push from Microsoft versus the other products. Just look at Convergence....AX and CRM sessions outnumbered NAV 10 to 1 each. They are bound to be the ones growing the most.
  2) NAV is still going to be growing, but it can't help but have some of its business taken by the push for AX.
  3) GP and SL are still used, but I don't know how much. You never hear about them really, especially SL.
  
  I'd be surprised if there was an official answer.
