missing temp file on startup

Hello

I have a problem with a user, who can't startup navision 2.60D

The problem occurs at startup and resolve in an error stating the system is missing ex. the following file in the navision directory:

__TEMP__.C4F
or
__TEMP__.JJP

I can't find any temp files in the navision directory.

Please help me solve the problem if you have any idea what the problem could be.

Does removing of the zup file help?

I had the same error last week when starting up 2.01 after a few months of not using this version. I deleted the zupfile and got access again.

Thanks for you quick answer.

Unfortunately there is no zupfile present in the directory whereas it can't be generating the problem.

I have tried to reinstall the program without any progress either.

In Navision 2.60 the zup file is stored in the Documents and Settings folder. Not in the Navision folder.

The zupfile is not deleted/replaced with a reinstall as far as I know.

Search your system for *.zup files.
