Microsoft Dynamics CRM Reporting Extensions Setup

Trying to setup MS CRM 2011 and getting the following error when trying to setup reporting extension -
"The SQL Server Reporting Services account is not a local user and is not supported."

To see the error message see the attached file.
I am not quite sure what user i need to add at what part of the Active Directory?

    You quoted the error wrong "The SQL Server Reporting Services account is not a local user and is not supported." which probably means the account that is used to run the service is "Local System" or "Local Service" and needs to be run by a DOMAIN account.
