Upgrade NAV 2013, Problems with permissions

Hi everybody
we have a problem when we are going to upgrade to Navision 2013.
When we import of object from NAVISION 2013 (12.Import all customized Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013 objects.) we get this problem(Picture2).

We dont know if the problem is licence(we dont think so,picture 1)

of SQL permsion:
-Role server: dbcreator, public, sysadmin
-databaseServer: db_datareader,db_datawriter,db_ddladmin, db_owner,public
or Navision Permision(we dont think so, Picture3).

i dont really know what you mean,do you mean in Microsoft Dynamics Nav server the login account?

if not, where should i go to configurate?

Yes that is what I was referring to. I looked at my setup and I have that user added to the user list and gave it super permissions. Try that and see if it works
