LS Retail-Item import template error

LS retail experts,
Table 10012352 ("Item Import Layout Line"), Field number 10 ("Field No.") is having MinValue 10 and MaxValue 69 and its linked to "Field No." field of 10012357 ("Item Import File Data"). So it is showing error message if we select field number more than 69 from table 10012357 (On Item Import layout screen).
Anyone faced this problem?
Its standard table without customization so do you know why they setup MinValue and MaxValue properties?
