Export Large Xml Files Problem

Hi,

i'm trying to download a large xml file from the RTC client but i keep getting this message - "the file you are trying to use is too large". I already added the key to the clientusersettings.config file, but no success. Anyone has an idea to solve this?

There is a setting in CustomSettings.config called on server that controls the file size. ClientServicesMaxUploadSize

Hi Rashed,

thanks, it worked. Now i only have the problem sending to excel (limit of 5000), even changing that on the config file.

what version of nav do you have? it was released as a hot-fix after 2009 r2

in ClientUserSettings.config there is a setting

<add key="MaxNoOfXMLRecordsToSend" value="500000" />

you can add/change that.
