Imbalance between Inventory Ledger Entry and Warehouse Entry

Hi all,
I'm using nav2009, when creating a sales order > Release > Create Inventory Putaway/ Pick then go to Warehouse > Goods Handling Order by Order > Inventory Picks and post the previous transaction.
The problem is normally system will create Warehouse Entry (Check by go to Warehouse > History Posted Sales Shipments, select the transaction and click Navigate). But sometimes system doesn't create Warehouse Entry. It's happens sometimes and cause the imbalance between Inventory Ledger Entry and Warehouse Entry.
