Case C/Side Solution Developer (NAV3, 4 or 5)

In the good old days the Solution Developer trainings had some good cases in the training materials, who took in consideration every aspect for a new Developer. Creating tables, forms, relations, posting routines. I'm not sure if it was in NAV 3, 4 or 5. Does anybody know where I can find one of this C/Side Solution Developer training?

Reading between the lines I understand you do not find this in the current Solution Developer courses (either NAV 2009 or 2013), right?
Did you already consider the Developer and IT Pro Help for Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013, section Development?
There are many things I think you are looking foor like Designing Application Objects, etc.
