Nav 2013 - Add Instance

Hi,

I Try to add a instance to my Microsoft Dynamics Nav Server.

I have about 6 instances running with no problem.

When I try to add a new one :

BDL2013 using port 11045, 11046, 11047, 11048 I get an error when I hit OK.

Microsoft Management Console :
Microsoft Management Console has stopped working
