Hi all,
I am getting a error as follows when I take the report output to excel from NAV.
"An Attempt was made to move the file pointer to the beginning of the file"
If anyone know how to overcome this issue. Kindly let me know.
Thanks in advance.

Hi
It Seems to Be No. of records in Exporting in Excel is more.
check the no. of records you are exporting, try to insert some filter in the records & try if this works fine.
check this also (which Nav version & Excel you are using ?)

Hi Asish,
Actually I am consolidating the data and then I am sending the final consolidated data only to excel and in the excel we have only 10 lines. But still I am getting this error.
My report design is like this.
Location
Statistics
Can you tell me any other way by which we can avoid this error.
Thanks & Regards,
chandru0
