Error creating account in Chart of Accounts

I am facing a problem in Navision while creating any new account or new bank in the Chart of Accounts.
After creating the account/bank while I am doing "Indent Chart of Accounts", it is showing a message:

"The indexing 11 in the array is outside of the permitted range"

Please provide possible solutions for the problem.

    The problem is solved....

    What i found that the error was coming due to the wrong creation of "Account Head"
