Funny error message (NAV 2013 web client)

When opening just one IE browser window and navigating to the main page of the web client, I got this:

"There is a dialog box open in another Microsoft Dynamics NAV browser window. You must close that dialog box before other operations can continue."

Seriously? :shock: Really? :-k

    Is it that hard to close the window? :mrgreen:

    try and see if there is existing session and kill it.

    how is a web user going to do that?

    this is as smart as not allowing webuser change company

    The company is part of the URL rite, so you can do a basic page for selecting company or be fancy and use the companies web service endpoint to list them?

    on the config file there is ClientServicesMaxNumberOfOrphanedConnections. You can try and see if you can change the setting.
