Classic client hangs in windows 8

Hi all,

The classic client (2009 R2) hangs in windows 8 after a warning message.
Any ideas?

  I don't think ms has officially supported window 8 on 2009

  SQL server client or native database client?

  native client. a warning on the sales line about an item.

  No one is going to help you if we have to drag the information out of you.
  Post all the details and a copy of the error message and then maybe someone will be able to help you.
