Navision 4 - No Drill Downs on some forms

This is a very strange effect, and it only seems to happen in Navision version 4. It can happen on any form that has a drill-down, but try this example:
Close any forms that are already open.
Go to File -> Database -> Information and select the Sessions tab. Maximise the form and then close it.
Again, go to File -> Database -> Information and try to drill-down on the 'Current Sessions' field.
If you open up any other form and close it, you can then select the drill-down on the Information form. Also, if you minimize the Database Information form or Navision and then restore it, the drill-down is available.
Any ideas?

With 4.0.0.19365 I can replicate your error
With 4.0.0.20942 I Cannot
According to the knowledge base the official service pack is 4.0.0.21544. I have not downloaded it yet but I asume they do not put old errors back in. Or am I a bit Naive? :?
