join between weight bridge and dynamic nav

I have weight bridge device when car is up it register the weight i want to join this machine to dynamic nav how to make this .Now this device already connect to computer with another program but what i need is to connect between device and dynamic nav(meaning when machine register weight then dynamic nav pick up the value of weight register in weight bridge
please help me

    You will need to understand the communication protocol or API the bridge uses in order to interface with it. Check with the manufacturer to see what they support for APIs, etc. If they support OPC or Modbus, there are a number of OPC clients (with modbus OPC servers) that can take data directly from equipment and write to a database. If they don't support OPC, you'll have to write some code (as specified by the manufacturer) to interface with it.

    Now i found another access database store data following to weight bridge how we join between this data found in access file and dynamic nav
