Job Queue stops unexpectedly

Hi, everyone.
I got a problem when using the NAS and job queue. My NAS service and Job queue work fine most of time, but about once a day(approximately), the job queue will stop to process, but the service is still running. and when I check the event viewer of OS, I
got the warning:
"The Job Queue Process table cannot be changed because it is locked by another user.
Wait until the user is finished and then try again."
After this warning happened, the Job queue would just stopped. Almost all of the warning happened at working time, but what others do would cause this issue?
I have only got one NAS service and deel with one company, and I do not think have added any codes to modify Job queue process table.
Could someone could help me?

You can take a look at at job queue in NAV 2013. They've modified it to use temporary records and only read the records at the start of NAS. If you have to make any changes, you'll have to restart NAS. You can load the objects as text in 2009 and use them.0

Thank you for your hint, I will try that. And I will submit the result here after that.0 -
I made a few test, and got the error occurs because someone did the backup of database, when backup start, it need to lock all of the table, and the error come out.
But why other project did not counter this kind of issue, I assume it should be a normal issue that take backup when NAS is running.
May be my setup if not right? For now, I have to ask my customer to stop the service before backup, and start the service after backup.0 -
Normally the start date and end date are set so that NAS isn't running any job during backup. Also NAS shouldn't error/crash when it gets errors. They could be a hotfix for it but you'll need to check with MS.0
