  I usualy mark the objects and then select 'Show Markedonly'.
  
  You can also make a filter, a trick is:
  
  a.) Select the objects via marking
  b.) Copy the objects to excel
  c.) Copy and transpose the object-id column
  d.) Copy the transposed line to notepad
  e.) Replace <Tab> By <|> (or)
  
  And you have a Navision filter.
  
  I you do this often it only takes seconds.
