Sales Analysis Report (Monthly)

Hi,

I am trying to create a sales anaylsis report, how can I set the Sales Analysis column template as "MONTHLY"

where I want to show sales amount for each month in different column?

I have create columns as below'

A Jan
B Feb
C Mar
and so on and at the end I made a total column.

but the result is that I am getting the total sales amount in the Jan month and all other months are also showing wrong values. I have put comparision data formula blank for Jan and for feb I put 1M and for Mar 2M and so on.

Can any one help me what is required to get the correct result? Please see the attached picture of the coumn setup.

Dears

I got the solution it is so easy. Just define Comparison Period Formula as FY[1] for JAN FY[2] for Feb and so on. I just post this may be it can help others as well.

FY = Fiscal year.
