Export Dataport in utf-8 format

Hi. I've been looking through the forum for a solution to export data in utf-8 format, from the classic client, with no external programs, just navision. Is it posible? It's Nav 2009 SP1, but not RTC. I've tried OutStream and running XmlPort from a Codeunit, but no UTF-8 file has been exported, just ASCII files.
