Delete Transfer Order Problem

Dear Experts,

I have a problem about deleting transfer order.
The transfer order has been shipped but it cannot be received. The transfer item is non stock item and the received location code cannot receive non stock item. There is no inventory posting group for the non stock item and the location code. The transfer order , therefore, cant be received. Thus, I cannot receive it and make another transfer order back to the location.

For the situation , how can I solve the problem?
The inventory is in IN-TRAN location code now.
what should I do??

    Dear Expert,

    Is there any methods that I can use to delete or reverse the transfer order?
    (As the location cannot be received the items, I cannot receive the TO and do another TO to ship the items back.)

    My question is how to reverse an item in IN-Transit ???
    (As the item has already been shipped and in In-Transit)

    Please Help.
