is the character already visible in the field where it is part of the value?
we use the degree symbol in some of our item descriptions and it is visible in the form and prints just fine.
If it is showing as a unprintable character on your form, have you recently tried to import it to the database? Perhaps you need to use the ascii-ansi converter tool to load it properly?kind of fell into this...0 -

I have never had a problem with anything pasted into NAV printing, as long as it "looked" right after pasting. I only have had problems with importing text files that contains special characters (danish, french, etc.), in that case - I had to use the ansi-ascii converter in the dataport to map the character to the NAV equivalent.
It has to do with codepages and stuff.kind of fell into this...0
