Most required functionnalities for NAV customers

Hi everyone,

I am a new NAV consultant, I've been working around NAV 2009 R2 for a few months and I am not really familiar with NAV standard and extra customers needs...

I am wondering: what are the most required functionnalities that customers ask for and that don't exist in NAV standard???

    It's different from sector to sector.

    Majority of them wants things to be automated. For example: adjust cost needs to run on jobqueue. Automated emailing of invoices, statements. automated invoicing of shipped goods. Automated Inter-company transactions. Automated MRP scheduled at night.
    And the list goes on.


    i have seen many modification related to Freight.


    There are many custom reports.

    Sorry to be rude, but you're asking the worst question in the world. The answer is so subjective that you'll be as clear as mud by the end of the day.

    The question is like me asking "What additional things should I do to my life to make me happier?" to a bunch of strangers at a bar who knows nothing about you, your goals, your past, your thoughts, etc, etc.
