Hi All,
I would like to know when I go into Item Journal, do some data entry either negative or positive adjustment and when click post, I can see options to choose with test report, post or post and print. Test Report, I know what ID is navision using, but what is the report id navision is using when I choose post and print? I would like to know the report number for post and print. We are using Navision 2009 SP1 (Singapore Version)
Regards
KH

I didnt have SG version with me.
but if there are no major customizations then it should print report from Item Journal Template tables Posting Report ID or Whse. Register Report ID...based on location you have selected.0 -
Hi Mohana,
I didnt get you. When we choose post n print there is a report generated, I would like to see if that report shows our item code in full, means our length of item code is 20 characters, so will it show the item code in full or not, so when i tested it in test data, the print out didnt show me the item code in full, so i have to expand the code or make some change by designing the report but dont know which report id the system is using so i need some more detailed info about that report

I found this thread with a similar requirement. When we post an Item Journal, the posting report that prints is the Warehouse Register - Quantity (report 7303). However, we'd like the Item Register (report 10144) to be the one that prints. How to i set the reports in the Item Journal Template Table to print the Item Register (report 10144)? The settings for the Line ITEM - Item Journal show Test Report ID 702, Form 40. Posting Report ID 10144 & Whse. Register Report ID 7303. Is it just as simple as removing the report 7303?
Thank you in advance.0 -
yes, replace it with your report id..try this in test environment first..0

Go to: Administration | Application Setup | Warehouse | Setup Inventory | Item Journal Templates
or
Run Form 102 (Table 82).
Look into field "Posting Report ID".
That is the report you look for.Regards,
