Where is Workdatebeing kept?

hi,

1.anyone knows beside from tools> workdate , any tables (physical/ virtual) that i can view workdate information? or possibly the workdate history that has been modify before?

2.for reservation entry. creation date = workdate, so where would we derive the workdate from?

3. when user change workdate, navision would be keeping track of the date, so that the next time when user login to navison again, the workdate of last changes remain instead of going back to the computer system time.

It is not written into any table. But you can modify the CU1 functions to save it and restore it. But! It is dangerous, because user change the date, next day start NAV and will not notice that workdate is not today, and will post transactions to wrong date...

I took a simple test by changing the workdate, when i re-login to navision again, it will automatically set as TODAY.

Yes, this is standard behaviour. Nobody wants that users will post still in one day, because they forgot to change workdate. Workdate is only for "exceptional" usage, when you really need to post something "backwards".
