The Gen. Journal Line already exists

Hi Experts

An error message was received when editing sales journal as attached.

The user starts the first line, and when she moves to the second line, she got the error.

1. She did not appy any filter on the journal
2. She was able to enter journal lines in the same batch using another user's ID

Based on what we have known so far I assume the cause of the error is related to the user's setup, not related to the design of sales journal.

Do you think deleting zup file would work?

I would like to confirm with you whether my above understanding is correct or not. If not would you please give me some advice?

For me it looks like soe customization, when user see only own lines.

Please check the table and see if you have a record for that line, It looks like even she is not filtering there may be some customization which is filtering those lines.

Change the Sorting on the journal to the default one (the primary key).

You cannot change the key on the journal if the AutoSplitKey property is used.
