    Hi,

Try install MSXML 4.0 Service Pack 2 (Microsoft XML Core Services)

    1. Reinstall MSXML
    2. Check if you have permission to write the xml file - I have the same problem several times.

The message means that something is trying to tell MS-XML to save an XML string to a file but you don't have access to save it there.

Try saving a FOB file to the desktop then in the same session run your process again.
If that works then someone has programmed the thing to use the current directory ... this is wrong or there's some setup missing.

If it doesn't work then you either don't have access to some network share you should have or you've deleted a temp directory you weren't supposed to.
