Navision 2009 GUI

Hi all,
We have NAV4.03 clients installed (from CD) on our Citrix farm.
Now we upgraded to NAV6.0R2 and copied the client folder to the citrix servers.
Additionally we registerred some dlls for NAV6.0R2.
Still the user interface looks like the NAV4.03 but the Excel and Word buttons appeared.
But the menu is not in blue and some other GUI releated things are still the same.
Do you know, how to upgrade this to the NAV6.0R2 look and feel?
Thanks,
Martin

You need to do full upgrade, it means including application objects. Not just technical upgrade. But you need to do that with your partner...0

Thanks Kamil.
Application/Object upgrade is not an option for us, so this path is not available.
Do you have an idea, where this is defined within the objects?
Thanks,

I think Kine is talking about if you want to use the RTC interface.
For classic client, just uninstall 4.0 client and re-install NAV2009R2 classic client.Confessions of a Dynamics NAV Consultant = my blog

Hi Alex,
you are right, I'm talking about the classic client only.
Sorry for not being precise enough.
But can this be done without uninstall/install - by registerring something?
We have a big CTX farm hosted by an external company.
It is an relevant effort to change a "Golden Image", test the deployment to the farm and ....
Everything has to be done by automated scrips (that have to be build and tested too), no manual installs possible0 -
Not sure about Citrix, but you can copy and paste the client folder and create a shortcut to finsql.exe and it'll still work.
Running through the installer is the safer bet though.Confessions of a Dynamics NAV Consultant = my blog
