NAV - Outlook Synchronization

I've been trying to activate the synchronization between NAV and Outlook using the ADDIN, but i doesn't really work.

I followed MS's instructions regarding contatcs/salesperson/tasks/meetings and it worked, but when i started actually doing things in NAV/Outlook (creating/editing/deleting contacts) the ADDIN just lost all orientation.

Did anyones successfully integrate the ADDIN ?
Does it really work ?

NAV Version: 2009 SP1
Outlook Version: 2007

    Personally I don't know sombebody who mastered to install it AND would be willing to do it again :roll:
    Imho you would be better of find out the exact requirement and then integrate with a technical different approach.

    yeah...
    that's whay i thought.
    the only thing our provider did when it failed was to delete all settings are reconfigure them, but i can't do it every other day.

    it's strange that such a basic/common feature isn't supposed within the MS family (i know NAV isn't really MS....).
