DataPort request problem Issue

Hi all,
I have an dataport which is used only for export.Client wants to export data with comments in excel, which is given at run dataport. I tried to design dataport request form but the problem is that file path where we have to give the path disappeared. Is there any solution to give comments during run time

Thanks Mohana, Its working now. I have added new text box with variable VarFIleName( data type text length 1024) and change the ID to 1. Added below code in assist edit of VarFIleName as below
CurrDataport.FILENAME:=VarFIleName;
And remaining requested fields by Clients0 -
