Strange error while converting from form to page

Hi everyone,

I am trying to convert a form to a page using the transformation tool of nav 2009...
The form's type is Document (a tab control with a header+a subform )...
I followed the following post for the transformation:

When I try to import the Pages.xml file, I get the following error message: 't_id' should come here and then The import stopped at element Code in PageXXXX

What shall I do???

    When I deleted the following lines in the Pages.xml file under the element Code, the page was generated.... 
    PROCEDURE @1000000000() : Decimal;
BEGIN
END;
    But I don't understand what the problem is with those lines :?:
