Can not view System.net.DLL Version 4.0 in NAV2009R2 Classic

Hi all ,I'm developing Navision Classic 2009R2.
When I created variable with data type is DotNet then I see System.Net with Version 3.5 only ,not version 4.0 . I have installed Net Framework 4.0 on Machine

How to I see System.Net Dll with version 4.0 when create DotNet Data Type

    Since Dynamics NAV is a .NET 3.5 process you won't be able to use .NET 4.0 classes; only 2.0 and 3.5.
