Interation with attachment in NAV R2

Hi,

I need some help regarding interaction in NAV.
When creating interaction in Microsoft Dynamics NAV R2, is it possible to add attachment of type pdf, excel or powerpoint.

Please help.

    Yes.. you can import a .pdf file from the Interaction Template form Attachment --> Import. However, it has to be a static file, you will not be able to update anything inside the pdf from NAV.

    See screenshot:

    And if you use this interaction template the pdf file will be added as the attachment.
