hi all,
in win xp,
i tried to go to C:\Documents & Settings\Nikeman77\AppData but was unable to find any zup file!
Also in folder options, i tried to display all hidden files & folders already..still not showing..
Is that the reason why NAV(ver4, sp3) didn't save my display settings?

Did you check
c:\Document and settings\YOUR WINDOWS LOGIN\Application Data\0 -
you could also use Windows Find to search for *.zupMicrosoft Certified IT Professional for Microsoft Dynamics NAV

Then why do you want it?
Try opening the Classic client do some changes in form(show column, move column, incresing size of column etc) and close it..0 -

make sure you search hidden files.
if you still can't find it, do mohana's suggestion. open Nav, changes something, close Nav, and try to search it again.Microsoft Certified IT Professional for Microsoft Dynamics NAV

hi mohana,Then why do you want it?
when i adjust the layoutform(show column, move column, incresing size of column etc) and close it.
the next time i open it all layout savings (eg: column shown, re-locate) are gone..!
but i haven't try on the classic part though.. will go and try it out0 -

try opening multiple sessions with different user id, make some layout changes and then close. see if it prompts to save zup file. Please make sure your files and folders are not hidden while searching (mohana's suggestion). Thanks,
