Move Sections in Section Designer

Hi there,

1. I add a new DataItem- <Item> table in Report 10074 Sales Invoice.

2. The DataItem <Item> is linked to <Sales Invoice Line>.

3. When I open Section Designer, the Item, Body(1) Section is on the top of the Section Designer.

4. How shall I move this section - Item, Body(1) to the place right below SalesInvLine, Body(3)?

You need to use the arror buttons at bottom of report desinger window.

In the Report Designer, I have moved the DataItem <Item> exactly below the DataItem <Sales Invoice Line>.

But in Section Designer, the Section >> Item, Body(1) is still on the top of the window.

not to go completely off the topic - but what exactly do you want from the item table to appear in your sales invoice report?

are you using a test database? if not I would save a copy of the Sales Invoice report to say...50099 or something and play around with that. Therefore always having the original still in tact..just in case 8)

Yes, I am using the copied report in test database.

I want "Shelf No." in the item table to appear in the Sales Invoice Line of the Sales Invoice Report.

Any easy way to make it work?
