what can we do if our language not in system locale(control panel->regional setting->administrative->system locale) ?

i am working with NAV to imput khmer unicode.
but i can not find my language in system locale.

I guess you have to install khmer language pack. Looks like it's not included in Windows. Check this: http://www.sbbic.org/2010/07/15/how-to- ... windows-7/ . I don't know how NAV will behave with this language. I've never met it before. Better point your question to the Microsoft support.
