    Hi Neha,

The error occurs due to Login used in the Micorosoft Dynamics NAV Server Service.

    Open the classic Client.
Create your windows login under Tools - security - windows Login.
    Syncronize your login.
Now go to Run and type Services.msc.
Search for Microsoft Dynamics NAV Server service and goto its properties.
Stop the service and then on Logon tab, change the Login as from NT AUTHORITY \NETWORK SERVICES to your windows account.
Provide your password. Apply and save the setting.
Now run the Micorosoft Dynamics NAV Server.

Try Ruuning RTC Now. If the error occurs again then it is related to Change Listener.
If issue occurs then read the article to resolve the issue http://saurav-nav.blogspot.in/2011/05/change-listener-error-in-microsoft.html

Let me know if you have any issues.
    Regards,
    Saurav
